Terms and Conditions
1. All relevant trademarks and trade names are the property of their respective owners.
2. We don't condone software piracy; modchips, firmware flashes and action replays are to be used in the playing of legitimate backups only.(We do not flash xbox 360 consoles as we believe that doing so is not within the boundries of Australain law as far as modchip legalities go)
3. These products are not approved by the manufacturer.
4. Modchips and other forms of modification will invalidate any remaining warranty.
5. A soldering iron, soldering experience, solder, wire and screwdrivers of various types are required to complete any installation.
6. Ozchips will not accept responsibility for damage or injury however caused by installing or the use of any products supplied by us.
7. Free support means we will help our customers within reason.
8. All products are tested before shipping, hence in the unlikely case of a product arriving DOA (Dead On Arrival) we will pay shipping costs for a replacement product.
9. Under no circumstances can Ozchips be held responsible for goods if lost in transit . Once they leave Ozchips any item is automatically the buyers property and therefore the buyers responsibility. Any complaints will be directed to the used delivery service, be it Australia Post, Private Courier or Carrier Pigeon .
10. All warranty returns will be replaced at the customer's shipping costs.
11. Any returns will incur a 25% restocking fee.
12. Ozchips is our trademark.
13. All warranty returns are valid for normal use of the product.
14. We will beat any Australian price as long as it's not below our cost.
